Troop Spirit
As most units have almost done away with the Troop neckerchief, I firmly believe that it is a great team building symbol. BSA is a, "Uniform Organization," and the neckerchief is part of the uniform. If you are working on merit badges the neckerchief can be used as a bandanna in some many ways as you can see in the merit badge books.
