The medallion is a nice touch to any walking staff. Like in other reviews the paint chips real easy. Mine showed up chipped. This gives me a chance to bend to my walking stick before I repaint it.

Please Note: This Eagle Scout Medallion is thicker than most. We were attempting to make be a higher quality to match with the Eagle scout rank it commemorates. Side effect is it does not bend very well or at all. The arc is wider than any hiking stick you have. It will need the wood carved down under it or a side build up to work for most hiking sticks. Of the hundreds we have sold only a few had a problem with the arc but you should be aware. The remaining stock is on sale due to this concern. The reorder will have the issue fixed.

Hiking staff medallion ‘Once an Eagle Always an Eagle’
Pictures don’t do this medallion justice! Beautiful! Every Eagle Scout should add one to their hiking staff! Well made, prompt fast delivery, packaged with care! Will look on this site for more Scout recreations that I’m looking for as I continue to replace my two sons Scouting treasures (from Tiger to Eagle with Jamboree & Philmont in between) that were lost in our total house fire. Both boys collected Scouting items from handbooks to scarves, from uniforms to patches….. such a great loss ….. and incredibly hard to find years 1990 - 2006 in scout things, many items they collected are next to impossible to locate. Yours in Scouting, proud mom of 2 Eagle Scouts + palms & OA membrrs

Medallion for walking stick
