    When the representative who answers the phone says, and I quote, "Well I'm willing to try to move some mountains for you. Let's see what we can do" Then proceeds to get an amazing customized banner shipped across country in time for the Troop's Annual Klondike adventure two days from that conversation, that is a company I'll recommend and use again!
