    I have been a Scoutmaster for 30 yeas, and have seen some odd patrol names. So when the Ducks were formed, it was time to find patches for the Duck Patrol. Our Council had nothing so I went straight to Class B and found the coolest looking duck, with no extra charge for the top hat. Our Scouts love it.
